GISO, vocational school – Machelen, Belgium
New build for GISO school.
GISO wanted us to create welding booths for students so that they can perform their tasks in a safe environment. Also protect other students and teachers in the same room against dangerous welding light and noise nuisance.
Our proposal
Four rows of welding booths built with Cepro Sonic sound absorbing walls. The front of the booths are fitted with a Cepro Orange-CE welding curtain, which filters the harmful light from the welding process. The backside of the booths are fitted with special consoles on which the fume extractors, gas, oxygen and electricity are mounted.
This project was realized in close cooperation with Plymovent, a large manufacturer of fume extraction equipment.
